The Green team is the Millard West High School Power Drive Team that is charged with
the task of reverse engineering a new car from an old shell.

General Rules
We may not exceed $3,300 for the cost of our car. All areas that touch the body must be covered with foam. We may only use 64 pounds of batteries in the car. Frame must be made from 1" square stock or larger.

The car is alive! Over millards spring break a few of the team members put in a lot of work and gave the car life. On Thursday of spring break, the car ran and performed well. The car ran for 57 minutes with enough battery to go another 20-30 minutes. The car also lapped another car twice. Our car also went the whole time with out any major breakdowns, the only minor hick up was a flat tire at the verry end of the race on thursday. We are all extremely proud of the team and the car for all that it had accomplished on that day.

Competition has come and gone, unfortunantley we were not able to compete in competition. The car was finished completely. We ended up painting the car with a homemade camoflauge pattern on the vehicle. We added carpeting to improve comfort and a windshield. We had zero issues with window fog on the car.
